Why? Because 66,000 HP allows Shishilan to survive a very long time (I think around 13 hits from the Dragons, around 4 if the Dragons are synced), even long enough to allow him/her to survive the length of multiple Otta-Smack-u waves. So where do Shishilan and his/her 198k damage come in?ДЄgainst the mid-level otters, of course! Especially when the Dragons are desynchronized. Furthermore, his moderate health and single knockback allow him to tank about 6-7 hits from the Dragons at Lv 40, giving him opportunities to land hits on the Dragons right there at the beginning. Lufalan's decent attack rate allows him to reliably destroy a couple of Mooths if his path is cleared, making him an extremely useful unit if you spawn him in the beginning. Both of them have enough damage to instant-kill the Ottas and Mooths. A strengthened Shishilan has nearly 198k. Lv 40 Tesalan/Lufalan deals over 150k damage per hit (probably more). (You'll still need either Awakened Bahamut, Cosmo, or hypermaxed Tropical Kalisa+patience to kill the Dragons though.) I made this post to explain why these two hypermaxed Lugas were excellent on Draconian, and I'm about to do that. They don't seem like good units to use on Draconian at all, since they're outranged by the bosses, but they are AMAZING. I found two ubers who (it seems) nobody yet has discovered to be amazing on that stage.ДЄt first, you must be thinking, 'What the f*ck IAoE you're crazy', and if so, I wouldn't be surprised. At first, I thought my lineup containing no spammable units who can outrange Mooth would not work, but then.
